There are some buildings that do not produce any income but are valuable and improve the quality of life for players. For example:

This building comes with the governor package upgrade, providing protection for players visiting or operating in the adventurer base, located in the governed zone.

### The Bungalow

This building has been designed as an in-game version of permanent housing. A bungalow is a building where one can rest and store goods safely or perhaps a safe space where friends can meet and interact. In addition, Bungalows will exist within adventurer bases, but some could be purchased as blueprints and placed on the land.
